Every year on 22 January we traditionally celebrate St Vincent’s Day – the feast of St Vincent, patron saint of winemakers, vineyards and wine. In our region it is a deeply rooted custom to visit the vineyards on this day and symbolically prune the vines to mark the beginning of work in the vineyard.
Regardless of the weather, this ritual connects generations and reminds us that every bottle begins in the vineyard.
